Shipping & Delivery
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
It takes about 1-3 business days to process your order. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday, Sunday delivery. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to process (for example, if you ordered on Monday, your order maybe shipped out on Thursday, Friday or Monday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. We CANNOT cancel an order once it is in route.
International Orders: On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 2-4 weeks or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Addition Info for International Orders: This is a shopper's responsibility to note that "each" country has different Custom Duties and Laws of Taxation. In the event that a shopper/customer refuses to pay taxes or duties owed upon the order's arrival into the destination country. Wildly Untamed Boutique will not reship or refund the order.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, please allow anywhere between 14-25 business days for your order to reach your destination.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 48 hours. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 5-10 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
We source our products from several vendors within the USA, Europe and China, because we ship from multiple warehouses, the ETA is 20-25 business days after the date of shipping for an item that may ship from international warehouses.

We will email you a tracking number usually within 7-10 business days after your order has been placed.
