Return & Exchange Policy and Shipping Info
If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason (they don’t fit, have an imperfection, or just clash with your fur baby) you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
You are responsible for exact return shipping costs in the case of an exchange or return! If you have been sent the incorrect item we will take care of all return and exchange shipping costs.
We can provide you with credit in the value of the product that you're sending back, exchange it for another item. Once received, we’ll hustle to get your request processed.
Please note: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping fees (this includes the additional shipping fees when applicable during exchanges).
The following items cannot be returned:
- Body Jewelry
Size Chart: We carry both International and USA Sizes. Please use the dimensions shown on the size chart or contact our support team as some of our sellers use Chinese sizes which run smaller than USA sizes.
Shipping Times: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Quality and Inventory: In an effort to provide the most unique offering, we work with several sellers and designers and sometimes they do not meet our high standards. When this happens, we open disputes with the seller/designer and sometimes remove the products or the seller/designer from our platform.
WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you received the wrong product from Wildly Untamed Boutique, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, Wildly Untamed Boutique will pay return shipping and provide a cash refund if requested.
